3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship perishable products, so accurate delivery information is essential.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

  • Bridge & Coal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address entries.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your kit arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. See our full Return Policy for details.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your kit may already be in preparation or transit.
