 Assembly And Baking Directions For Bridge & Coal 12-Inch Pizza Kit

What In Your Kit:

    •    12-inch pre-rolled pizza crust

    •    Pizza sauce (3oz, or adjust to taste)

    •    Shredded mozzarella cheese (4oz, low moisture mozzarella)

    •    Optional toppings 


Directions:

    1.    Preheat the Oven:

Set your oven to 500°F (265°C)  If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating.

    2.    Prepare the Pizza Base:

    •    Place the pre-rolled pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza peel (if using a pizza stone).

    •   Spread a thin, even layer of pizza sauce over it, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges for the crust.

    3.    Add Cheese and Toppings:

    •    Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sauce.

    •    Add any additional toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers). Be careful not to overload, as too many toppings can make the pizza soggy.

    4.    Bake the Pizza:

    •    Place the pizza in the oven on the baking sheet or directly on the preheated pizza stone.

    •    Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.

    5.    Cool and Serve:

    •    Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 1–2 minutes before slicing.
