At Bridge & Coal, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality pizza kits that bring the pizzeria experience to your home. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your pizza kit arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds or Replacements
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

A replacement kit, or

A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and preparing your kit for delivery, and cannot guarantee cancellation.
